Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can stop your subscription at any time from your parent account. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period, with no hidden fees or penalties.
Is the 14-day free trial commitment-free?
Yes, completely. No credit card is required and no subscription starts automatically when the trial ends. That gives you time to explore the tools with your child before deciding.
How many child profiles can I create?
The Family plan includes 3 profiles: 1 parent and up to 2 child profiles. Each profile keeps its own settings, documents and progress.
Does DynaScrib auto-correct everything?
No. The approach is pedagogical: the error is flagged and the rule explained, then the child applies the correction themselves. The goal is to understand and progress, not to replace learning.
Is AI correction mandatory?
No. AI correction is optional and can be enabled as needed. It corrects without rephrasing, and parents can lock rephrasing per profile. You stay in control of which tools are visible to the learner.
Do you offer plans for schools and institutions?
Yes. Schools and professionals are equipped through licenses with a personalized quote. Contact us to build a plan that fits your needs.
In which languages is DynaScrib available?
The app is fully available in French and German. English is coming soon, followed by more interface languages.
